Set up your Revenue Command Center once

Duplicate the Notion template from the pack or recreate the four structures from templates/revenue-command-center.md in a Google Sheet or doc: MRR Log (Date, MRR, New, Expansion, Churn, Net, Notes), Client Health Tracker (Client, MRR, Last touch, Score, Status, Next action, Priority), Action Log (Date, Action, Source step, Priority, Done?, Outcome), and a Weekly Report section. This is your single source of truth; the prompts write directly into it.

Run the core weekly heartbeat: MRR Pulse + Client Health Scan

Every Monday in your 30-min block, open prompts/02-mrr-pulse.md and paste your week's revenue data (current MRR, new subs, churned accounts with reasons, expansions, actual deposits). It outputs current MRR with delta, movement table, churn list, expansion candidates, and one action. Paste the table into MRR Log and the action into Action Log. Immediately follow with prompts/03-client-health-scan.md: paste client list (name, MRR, last touch, goal, recent notes, payment history). It returns per-client 1-10 score, status Healthy/Watch/At Risk/Expansion, why, and one next action. Paste into Client Health Tracker.

Reconcile expected vs received and act on flags

Use prompts/06-weekly-reconciliation.md with (A) expected recurring + invoices and (B) actual payments from Stripe/PayPal/bank export. It lists reconciled items plus a discrepancies table with gaps and likely causes (missed, failed, duplicate). Log corrections in MRR Log. For any client flagged At Risk or Expansion from the scan, run prompts/04-retention-expansion-plays.md with the profile and flag reason. It produces a SAVE or GROW play: root concern, copy-paste message, value-add, and success signal. Drop the recommended action into Action Log.

Close with the single priority from Weekly Revenue Review

Finally run prompts/07-weekly-revenue-review.md feeding it the outputs from MRR Pulse, Health summary, any plays, reconciliation actions, optional time audit, and last week's priority + done status. It forces: 3-sentence state, up to 3 wins, leaks & risks with $ at stake, callout if last priority skipped, and exactly ONE THING for next week with expected impact and Monday morning first step. Paste the full one-pager into Weekly Report (newest on top) and the ONE THING at top of Action Log. Do it.

Run supporting prompts on cadence and close the loop

Every 2-4 weeks run prompts/01-time-attention-audit.md on your calendar, time log, tasks to surface leaks and 3-5 concrete changes + one automation. On signing a new client run prompts/05-client-onboarding-sequence.md once for their 30/60/90 plan. Next week, step 07 checks whether you executed last week's ONE THING in the Action Log outcome column. The system compounds because history in the logs makes each review sharper.
