Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital products purchased from Hermes Plant. Because our products are delivered electronically, access may begin immediately after payment.

One-time purchases

If you have not downloaded or accessed the purchased files, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@hermesplant.com with your order email and product name.

Refunds are generally not available after download or access has been granted, except where required by law or where a product is materially defective and we cannot provide a working replacement within a reasonable time.

Subscriptions

Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period once access has been granted. You may cancel future renewals at any time. See our Cancellation Policy for details.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@hermesplant.com from the address used at checkout
  2. Include your product name and purchase date
  3. Describe the issue if requesting a defect-related refund

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
