Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to recurring subscriptions purchased from Hermes Plant, including Hermes Plant Membership.

How to cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time using the Stripe billing portal link provided after purchase or by emailing contact@hermesplant.com from your account email.

When cancellation takes effect

Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access through the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

After cancellation

When your subscription ends, library access associated with the membership will be revoked. One-time purchases you made separately remain governed by the Terms and No Refunds Policy.

Billing portal

If you have an active subscription, you can manage payment methods and cancellation from the billing portal linked on your order confirmation page or by contacting support.
