Agent Action Safety for autonomous tools

For technical founders and automation agencies

Find the gaps in one AI-agent workflow.

Before an agent changes customer records, deploys software, or initiates a payment, know where approval, duplicate actions, and uncertain outcomes can fail.

$300 fixed

One workflow. Up to three hours of reviewer time, including a discovery call, review, findings walkthrough, and one clarification round.

We agree the workflow, inputs, deliverables, and delivery date in writing before billing. This is a one-time service.

Discuss my workflow

Opens your email app. You can also email contact@hermesplant.com. Start with a short description; keep credentials and sensitive records out of email.

What you receive

  1. A workflow map

The action, approval boundary, executor, and evidence available after execution.

  2. Ranked findings

Up to five control gaps, with consequences, evidence, and the assumptions that still need testing.

  3. A practical fix plan

A prioritized first milestone, acceptance examples, and a walkthrough of the findings.

Bring one real problem

A working or near-launch agent, an accountable technical owner, and a specific failure or deployment concern. We start with redacted or synthetic examples and read-only materials.

A general workflow review does not require MCP or x402. Any later Hermes Plant implementation must fit its supported integration boundary.

A bounded review

Implementation, production access, new adapters, full-product architecture, penetration testing, and compliance certification are outside this review. Additional work requires a separate agreement.

The finding may be that your existing controls are sufficient. You receive the assessment either way.

If there is a useful next step

For a supported MCP or x402 workflow, a separately agreed $799 first-30-day Assurance pilot can test the implementation against written acceptance criteria. Renewal is a separate decision. A review does not commit you to the pilot.
